My name is Julie Broad, and yes, I am that successful real estate investor. Now, I’m more than a little uncomfortable “tooting my own horn,” but - together with my husband Dave - I have, in fact, built a seven-figure real estate portfolio, and am now (at the age of 31) semi-retired.
Why “semi” retired? Well frankly, I love my work (investing - and profiting handsomely) in real estate - and teaching others how to do the same. And I wouldn’t give it up for the world - I’m having too much fun! But my time is pretty much my own - if I feel like taking the day off for a hike with our dog up one of our many local scenic mountain trails, I’ll sometimes do just that.

Yes, we have the kind of lifestyle that many only dream of … but I’m not about to tell you it’s been easy getting here.
